What sets me apart as an Executive Coach is my extensive leadership experience and proven success with working with clients across a variety of industries.  I take a personalized, client-centric approach to coaching, creating a safe place to build trust, set goals and measure progress. By uncovering strengths and purpose, I help clients unlock their full potential and that of their teams.

A coaching session normally lasts 1hr, held virtually over Zoom or TEAMS, but can be in-person.  The client provides the specific topic they would like to cover for the session, the outcome and measure they are looking to achieve and the significance in attaining progress.  Ross will use active inquiry techniques throughout the session to listen, providing questions and prompts to explore and discover approaches and steps to attaining a positive outcome.  When exploring larger, complex topics together, additional sessions may be required to enable sufficient, quality time is allocated to attain a quality outcome.

At the start of a coaching partnership, a formal coaching agreement is formed between the client and Ross.  These can vary in structure, length, frequency and cost, dependant on the needs of the client.

Yes, coaching sessions are confidential with limits defined within the formal coaching agreement. Beinn Leadership follows the International Coaching Federation code of ethics, which specifically covers confidentiality ICF Code of Ethics - International Coaching Federation
